London’s Sweet Tooth Tours Now Offers A Guided Tour Of Soho

A new dessert taste testing area was just added to London’s Sweet Tooth Tours roster. This new tasty tour leads guests around the British capital’s Soho district to test five of the area’s latest and greatest cafés and bakeries.

Groups of no more than six get instant access to some of Soho’s superb shops offering sugary treats. In addition to enjoying delicious desserts, guests get to learn about the people and history behind these exquisite confections.

In addition to the five pastries, guests also get a hot beverage and one bottle of water on their tour. All tours are designed and led by professional pastry chef Lynne Staartjes, to ensure high-quality.

Staartjes, how was trained at the Cordon Bleu, initially started the Sweet Tooth Tours in 2017. In interviews with the press, Staartjes says she created these tours to combine her three greatest passions: London, meeting new people, and, of course, desserts.

Besides the Soho tour, interested visitors could choose to book tours like signature Belgravia tour, sugar & spice, vegan-friendly, and a bespoke tour. There’s also a private tour for those who are willing to spend a bit extra.

Most taste testing sessions last about 2.5 hours. All of the available tour days are listed on the Sweet Tooth Tours’ website. Prices range from £58 to £400 per person.

Today, Sweet Tooth Tours is gaining more mainstream attention in the UK thanks to positive reviews in major newspapers. Just two major publications to feature stories on Sweet Tooth Tours include The Guardian and Town & Country.
