Tammy Mazzocco is a realtor and sales expert who is currently living in Columbus, Ohio. She has profound interests in real estate, entrepreneurship, health and sales. She kicked off her career in real estate as a secretary in one of the famous companies, the Edwards Realty Company. She worked under the guidance of Mike Zelnik, a vibrant commercial Realtor, along with a team of 9 other commercial agents. She then ventured in condominium management at Scotland Yard Condominiums for some time during which she became a registered real estate agent in 1995. For this, she was suggested by the general manager of Scotland Yard, Ken Cook, who is also the owner of Cook Realty. Ken played an important role in teaching and mentoring Tammy Mazzocco as she started her real estate career.
From Scotland Yard, Mazzocco moved to T&R Properties where she worked as a multi-site property manager. She was responsible for one office warehouse complex and two apartment complexes. She became a registered personal assistant of Joe Armeni in 1998; Joe is a top RE/MAX producer in the Victorian Village found in Columbus from whom Tammy learned a lot and even got motivated to do real estate as a full time career in 1999. The following year, Mazzocco joined the staff at Judy Gang and Associates in Pickerington, Ohio. To her, Judy Gang was not only a mentor but also a friend and inspiration. Tammy sells domestic real estate property in Delaware, Franklin, Fairfield and Licking counties in Central Ohio.
In an interview with Ideamensch, Tammy Mazzocco revealed several aspects about her life. She talked about how she likes her routine, starting with some simple exercise and meditation before getting on to work. She confessed avoiding dealing with things she does not like within her day. When asked about how she brought her ideas to life, she said it was all through brainstorming, intense research and a proper business plan. Tammy revealed her joy in the trend that companies were transferring clients they met on phone to face-to-face clients. She attributed her success to having a goal in mind, living without fear and never having to settle. Tammy insisted on the importance of good customer service for any business and its importance. She recommended good communication with customers and the book ‘Life Strategies’ by Dr. Phil as it had ten life laws that would be useful. Tammy continues to inspire and mentor beginners in the real estate industry.
